It achieves this by mirroring the performance of the comprehensive S&P Total Market Index, after accounting for its operational expenses. Investors interested in this strategy who wish to mitigate Canadian dollar currency fluctuations can also access an equivalent, currency-hedged version of the fund, known as XUH.
