This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC), which specializes in Broad Commodities excluding agriculture and livestock, is a fully collateralized and UCITS-compliant investment vehicle. It is designed to offer investors complete return exposure to a diversified portfolio of futures contracts covering a wide array of commodities, specifically omitting those from the agricultural and livestock sectors. The ETC's core objective is to closely emulate the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture and Livestock Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BBUXAL4T). This is achieved by tracking the Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture and Livestock Excess Return Index and incorporating interest revenue, adjusted for the product's associated fees and operational costs. For instance, if the Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture and Livestock Subindex 4W Total Return Index appreciates by 1% over a trading day, the ETC's value is expected to rise by 1%, before fees. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the index over the same timeframe would lead to a 1% fall in the ETC, again, prior to fee considerations.
