The Plenitude & Power segment concentrates on the retail provision of gas, electricity, and associated services, alongside generating and wholesaling electricity from both thermal and renewable sources, and offering E-mobility solutions. Finally, the Corporate and Other Activities segment encompasses research and development, the integration of new technologies, business digitalization efforts, and environmental sustainability initiatives. Established in 1953, the company's central offices are located in Rome, Italy.
