The WisdomTree Long USD Short GBP 3x Daily is a fully secured, UCITS-compliant Exchange Traded Product (ETP). It offers investors a magnified, daily geared exposure to the US Dollar when compared against the British Pound. This ETP seeks to mirror the performance of the MSFXSM Triple Long US Dollar/GBP Total Return Index (MSCEGUUL). The total return generated by this product is composed of three times the daily movements of currency forward contracts, specifically taking a long position in USD versus GBP, alongside any interest income, after accounting for all associated product costs and fees. For instance, if the US Dollar strengthens by 1% relative to the British Pound within a day, the ETP is designed to increase by 3%, before charges. Conversely, if the US Dollar weakens by 1% against the British Pound over a day, the ETP would then decrease by 3%, prior to fees.
