This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP), titled "Short USD Long EUR," is a fully collateralized, UCITS-compliant investment vehicle. Its primary objective is to provide investors with focused exposure to the relative performance of the US Dollar against the Euro. The ETP achieves this by mirroring the MSFXSM Short US Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEUS). This index's overall return is generated from the daily movements of foreign exchange forward contracts that take a short position on the US Dollar and a long position on the Euro, augmented by interest income, and then adjusted to account for the product's inherent fees and expenses. Consequently, the ETP's performance is inversely correlated with the US Dollar's strength relative to the Euro: should the US Dollar strengthen by 1% against the Euro in a single day, the ETP's value would typically decline by 1% (prior to charges). Conversely, a 1% weakening of the US Dollar versus the Euro over the same daily period would generally lead to an approximate 1% increase in the ETP's value (excluding costs).
