The WisdomTree Short USD Long EUR 5x Daily is an Exchange Traded Product (ETP), fully backed by collateral and compliant with UCITS regulations. Its primary objective is to offer investors an amplified, inverse exposure to the US Dollar compared to the Euro. This ETP closely mirrors the performance of the MSFXSM 5X Short US Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEUXS). The total return is structured to deliver five times the daily change in FX forward contracts that are positioned to benefit from a depreciating US Dollar relative to the Euro, further incorporating interest revenue, all adjusted for the product's associated costs and charges. For example, if the US Dollar strengthens by 1% against the Euro over a single day, the ETP would typically fall by 5% (before fees). Conversely, if the US Dollar weakens by 1% against the Euro during the same period, the ETP would generally rise by 5% (before fees).
