This actively managed exchange-traded fund aims to deliver stable monthly distributions, achieve capital appreciation, and reduce portfolio volatility. It accomplishes this by investing in a focused selection of 15 to 20 prominent North American technology companies. These firms are chosen for exhibiting both significant growth potential and attractive value characteristics. Beyond meeting market capitalization requirements, each potential investment undergoes a rigorous evaluation based on metrics such as growth outlook, valuation, profitability, liquidity, and financial stability. The fund also has the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its assets to other technology-related enterprises or tech companies listed on international exchanges outside North America.
