21Shares Canton Network ETF (TCAN)

Qué hace este fondo

The 21Shares Canton Network ETF (TCAN) offers diversified investment exposure to Canton Coin (CC). It achieves this by blending direct acquisitions of CC with investments in exchange-traded products (ETPs) designed to mirror CC's market performance. To optimize market reach and enhance liquidity, TCAN has the flexibility to allocate capital to numerous ETPs, both domestically and internationally listed. Critically, the fund may leverage a Cayman Islands-based subsidiary for crypto asset custody. This arrangement adheres to principles consistent with the Investment Company Act, thus ensuring that all CC exposure is meticulously managed within a robustly regulated environment. This innovative structure seamlessly integrates direct digital asset ownership with established regulated investment vehicles. Its primary objective is to deliver performance correlated with CC via a single ETF wrapper, effectively navigating the complexities of custody, trading, and tax considerations. Beyond the ETF, the underlying Canton network empowers financial institutions to issue, exchange, and settle tokenized real-world assets securely, prioritizing data privacy and controlled authorization. Its inherent interoperability is engineered to mitigate settlement risk across its vast ecosystem. Operating as a "network of networks," each possessing autonomous governance, Canton enables financial entities to collaborate within isolated yet interconnected environments.
