This Exchange Traded Product (ETP) from WisdomTree is fully collateralised and adheres to UCITS standards. It aims to provide investors with an amplified negative exposure to the Euro's value compared to the British Pound. The ETP closely mirrors the performance of the MSFXSM Triple Short Euro/GBP Total Return Index (MSCEGEUS). Its overall return is calculated based on three times the daily change in foreign exchange forward contracts that take a short position on the Euro versus the Pound, incorporating interest income, and factoring in all related fees and expenses. For instance, if the Euro appreciates by 1% against the Pound on a particular day, the ETP would typically see its value decrease by 3%, before accounting for any charges. Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the Euro relative to the Pound within the same day would generally lead to a 3% increase in the ETP's value, prior to fees.
