This Invesco STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Media UCITS ETF Acc aims to mirror the net total return performance of its benchmark, the STOXX Europe 600 Optimised Media Index, after accounting for all fees and expenses. The underlying Reference Index is engineered to offer an effective method for tracking companies listed within the STOXX Europe 600 Media Index, specifically optimized for enhanced liquidity for both long and short investment strategies. Its constituents are drawn from a wide array of 17 European nations: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. To achieve its investment objective, the fund primarily holds a diversified portfolio of equities, which generates the bulk of its returns but typically does not precisely match the holdings of the Reference Index. Furthermore, it employs unfunded swap agreements with pre-approved counterparties. These contracts are designed to exchange any difference in performance between the fund's equity basket and the Reference Index, with the ultimate goal of delivering a more accurate and consistent tracking result than could generally be attained through physical replication alone. This ETF is passively managed, meaning an investment constitutes purchasing units in an index-tracking fund, rather than directly acquiring the underlying assets held within the fund.
