Invesco FTSE 250 UCITS ETF (S250.L)

Qué hace este fondo

The Invesco FTSE 250 UCITS ETF Acc aims to mirror the comprehensive total return of the FTSE 250 Index, after accounting for its fees. This specific index tracks the financial performance of the United Kingdom's 250 largest mid-cap companies, positioned directly below the FTSE 100 large-cap firms. The fund achieves its objective through a hybrid approach: primarily investing in a diversified portfolio of equities that typically generate the bulk of its returns, though these holdings may not precisely match the index constituents. Additionally, it employs unfunded swap agreements with approved financial institutions. These contracts allow the fund to bridge any performance gap between its equity holdings and the target index, thereby aiming for a more consistent and accurate replication of the index's movements than purely physical stock ownership would typically provide. This ETF is passively managed, designed to track an index rather than actively selecting investments. An investment in this fund signifies the acquisition of units within an index-tracking structure, not direct ownership of the underlying corporate shares.
