Specifically, this ETP is engineered to deliver three times the daily performance of the NASDAQ 100 Net Total Return Index (XNDXNNR). It is fully collateralised and adheres to UCITS regulations, offering a robust investment structure. This daily tracking is measured before accounting for the ETP's own management fees and operational costs, which are inherent to maintaining a leveraged position in equities. To illustrate its mechanism: if the NASDAQ 100 Net Total Return Index experiences a 1% gain on a given day, the ETP aims for a 3% increase, discounting its fees. Conversely, a 1% daily decline in the index would typically result in a 3% drop in the ETP's value, also before fees are applied.
