Tradr 2X Long PATH Daily ETF (PATX)

Qué hace este fondo

PATX is a leveraged exchange-traded fund engineered to provide twice (200%) the daily investment returns of UiPath, Inc. (PATH), prior to fees and expenses. It's intended as a short-term, tactical instrument. To achieve this, the fund primarily engages in total return swap agreements with leading global financial institutions, effectively mirroring PATH's daily price fluctuations. Should swaps become impractical or less efficient, PATX has the flexibility to utilize FLEX call options or even directly hold shares of PATH stock. Investors should be aware that holding PATX for periods exceeding a single trading day necessitates diligent monitoring and frequent rebalancing to aim for the intended 2x daily leverage. Failure to do so can significantly diverge returns from the target. Prospective investors are strongly advised to conduct thorough independent research into UiPath, Inc. before initiating any position, and to trade with conviction. Due to the inherent complexities and compounding effects of such a product, PATX generally delivers its anticipated returns most effectively when the underlying PATH stock exhibits a sustained trend (either upward or downward), and the investor has correctly positioned themselves to benefit from that movement. Performance may significantly deviate in volatile or sideways markets. Any unallocated cash reserves are prudently invested in high-quality, short-term collateral, such as U.S. Treasuries, money market funds, or short-term corporate debt.
