Generate tax-efficient dividend income while focusing on capital preservation. It invests, directly or indirectly through investments in securities of other mutual funds, in a portfolio comprised primarily of preferred shares of Canadian companies and other income-generating securities of Canadian companies. It is expected that investments in foreign securities will not exceed 10% approximately of the ETF's net assets.
