Liberty One Tactical Income ETF (LOTI)

Qué hace este fondo

The Liberty One Tactical Income ETF (LOTI) employs a strategy that marries investments in prominent U.S. dividend-paying companies with flexible allocations to fixed income. Its equity portfolio targets businesses identified by the Adviser as resilient during economic downturns. These companies typically demonstrate consistent demand, predictable revenue streams, and reduced vulnerability to economic fluctuations. They are also often characterized by reliable dividend growth, clear earnings forecasts, and robust cash flow, further supported by inelastic demand and significant customer switching costs. While equity positions are generally equally weighted, their proportion can be adjusted based on evolving market conditions. To diversify, the fund includes fixed income exposure primarily through ETFs and bond funds, investing in corporate and government debt. It dynamically adjusts the credit quality and duration of these holdings, reserving up to 20% of assets for higher-yielding bonds. This comprehensive structure provides the versatility needed to adapt to various market environments, striving to produce income while diligently managing risk across both its stock and bond investments.
