The WisdomTree Long GBP Short USD is an Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that provides investors with direct exposure to the performance of the British Pound against the US Dollar. This fully collateralized and UCITS-compliant ETP tracks the MSFXSM Long British Pound Total Return Index (MSCEGBPL). Its total return is generated from the daily movements of foreign exchange forward contracts, which are positioned to benefit from a stronger GBP relative to the USD, alongside any interest revenue, all adjusted for the product's associated fees and costs. For instance, should the British Pound appreciate by 1% against the US Dollar over one day, the ETP's value will similarly increase by 1% (prior to fees). Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the GBP against the USD within a day would result in a 1% decrease in the ETP's value (again, excluding fees).
