Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta Paris-Aligned Sustainable US Large Cap Equity UCITS ETF (GSLC.L)

Qué hace este fondo

This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) operates under a passive management strategy, striving for long-term capital appreciation. Its primary goal is to mirror, as closely as possible and prior to any charges, the performance of the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta Paris-Aligned Sustainable US Large Cap Equity Index. A distinctive feature of this investment vehicle is its commitment to sustainability. It specifically targets a reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, aligning with the ambitious decarbonization objectives and global warming limits set forth by the Paris Climate Agreement. The underlying Index itself was specifically constructed with this eco-conscious mandate in mind. To fulfill its objective, the ETF employs a full replication strategy, investing in all the constituent securities of the Index proportionally to their respective weightings. These underlying assets primarily consist of equities issued by large-capitalization US companies. It's important to note that any presented portfolio holdings or allocations reflect a specific historical date and may not be indicative of future investment decisions. Furthermore, such displays might not encompass the entirety of the portfolio's investments. Investing carries inherent risks; future returns are not guaranteed, nor is there any assurance that the stated investment objectives will be achieved. For historical context, the Fund, previously known as the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta U.S. Large Cap Equity UCITS ETF, tracked a different benchmark – the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta U.S. Large Cap Equity Index – before September 10, 2024. As of that date, it transitioned to its current form, passively managing its assets against the Goldman Sachs ActiveBeta Paris-Aligned Sustainable U.S. Large Cap Equity Index.
