GMO Dynamic Allocation ETF (GMOD)

Qué hace este fondo

The GMO Dynamic Allocation ETF (GMOD) aims to achieve positive overall returns through a nimble, multi-asset investment strategy. This approach involves actively adjusting the fund's holdings across stocks, bonds, and alternative liquid investments, guided by GMO's long-range assessments of asset valuations and market risks. Typically, GMOD operates as a fund of funds, primarily investing in other vehicles managed by GMO or third-party firms, but it also has the flexibility to hold individual securities directly. Investment decisions are rooted in GMO's projections for future returns and its belief that asset prices generally tend to revert to their fair value over time. This forward-looking analysis incorporates evaluations of relative risk, prevailing economic conditions, and broader market trends to strategically allocate capital. The portfolio's inherent adaptability allows for significant shifts in its asset composition; for instance, equity exposure generally ranges from 40% to 80% of the fund's net assets. While broadly diversified across various asset classes, the fund reserves the right to concentrate investments in specific markets or sectors when compelling valuation signals support a strong conviction.
