This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP) is fully backed by assets and complies with UCITS regulations, structured to offer investors daily leveraged bearish exposure to the British Pound versus the Euro. It mirrors the MSFXSM Triple Short British Pound/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEGUS), aiming to generate a total return that is three times the daily inverse movement of GBP against EUR through FX forward contracts. This return also incorporates any interest income, after accounting for all associated product charges and expenses. By way of illustration, a 1% increase in the value of GBP relative to EUR over a day would typically lead to a 3% decline in the ETP's value, prior to fees. Conversely, should GBP decrease by 1% against EUR in a single day, the ETP would generally see a 3% gain, before considering costs.
