WisdomTree Industrial Metals Longer Dated is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that provides investors with a secure and regulated investment avenue into the industrial metals market. This product is fully backed by collateral and adheres to UCITS eligibility standards. Its primary objective is to deliver a total return performance mirroring a diversified portfolio of industrial metals futures contracts. Specifically, the ETC aims to replicate the Bloomberg Commodity Industrial Metals Subindex 3 Month Forward 4W Total Return Index (BCOMI3T4). It achieves this by tracking the Bloomberg Industrial Metals Sub 3 Month Forward Excess Return Index, incorporating the interest generated from its collateral, and then deducting applicable management fees and operational costs. Consequently, if the benchmark index appreciates by 1% in a single day, the ETC's value is expected to increase by an equivalent 1%, prior to the deduction of fees. Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same period would lead to a corresponding 1% fall in the ETC's value, also before fees.
