Its primary objective is to closely track the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Agriculture Subindex 3 Month Forward 4W Total Return Index (BCOMA3T4). This is achieved by following the Bloomberg Agriculture Sub 3 Month Forward Excess Return Index and factoring in interest income, adjusted for the product's fees and costs. For example, a 1% upward movement in the Bloomberg Commodity Agriculture Subindex 3 Month Forward 4W Total Return Index over a day would typically result in a 1% increase for the ETC, disregarding fees. Conversely, a 1% downturn in the index during the same period would lead to a 1% reduction in the ETC's value, before accounting for fees.
