Starting from a broad universe of the 500 largest US-listed firms, the index ranks companies using the ReturnOnLeadership composite score, built around four fundamentals: connection to purpose, strategic clarity, leadership alignment, and focused action. The scoring process incorporates both structured metrics and qualitative signals drawn from publicly available disclosures, with generative AI used to help identify key leadership indicators. The fund holds the 50 highest-ranked constituents, resulting in a relatively concentrated portfolio where shifts in leadership assessments can meaningfully affect exposures over time. The index is refreshed quarterly, with adjustments possible following major corporate events.
