The WisdomTree Long USD Short EUR is a robustly structured, UCITS-compliant Exchange Traded Product (ETP), fully backed by collateral. It's engineered to provide investors with direct exposure to the performance of the US Dollar relative to the Euro. The ETP closely tracks the MSFXSM Long US Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEUL). Its overall return is derived from the daily movements of long USD/short EUR foreign exchange forward contracts, supplemented by accrued interest income, and adjusted for all associated product fees and operational costs. For instance, a 1% daily appreciation of the US Dollar against the Euro would typically translate to a 1% increase in the ETP's value (prior to fees). Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the Dollar versus the Euro would result in a corresponding 1% decrease in the ETP's value (excluding fees).
