The WisdomTree Long SEK Short EUR is a fully collateralized, UCITS-eligible Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to offer investors exposure to the Swedish Krona (SEK) in relation to the Euro (EUR). It aims to track the performance of the MSFXSM Long Swedish Krona/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEESL). The total return it provides consists of the daily changes in long SEK/short EUR foreign exchange forward contracts, coupled with interest income, all adjusted for the ETP's associated fees and costs. For example, if the SEK appreciates by 1% against the EUR over one day, the ETP's value will increase by 1%, excluding fees. Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the SEK versus the EUR on a given day would lead to a 1% decline in the ETP, also prior to fees.
