The WisdomTree Long USD Short EUR 5x Daily is a UCITS-compliant, fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to give investors magnified exposure to the US Dollar relative to the Euro. This ETP seeks to replicate the movements of the MSFXSM 5X Long US Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEUXL). Its total return is derived from five times the daily performance of FX forward contracts positioned long on the US Dollar and short on the Euro, augmented by interest income, after accounting for all product-related expenses and charges. For illustrative purposes, a 1% daily appreciation of the US Dollar against the Euro would lead to a 5% gain in the ETP, prior to fees. Conversely, a 1% daily depreciation of the US Dollar versus the Euro would result in a 5% loss for the ETP, before considering fees.
