This fully collateralised and UCITS-eligible Exchange Traded Product (ETP) from WisdomTree is structured to offer investors triple-leveraged daily exposure to the US Dollar's movement relative to the Euro. Its performance is benchmarked against the MSFXSM Triple Long US Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEUUL). The total return achieved by this ETP comprises three times the daily performance of FX forward contracts, which are positioned long on USD and short on EUR, combined with any interest revenue, after accounting for all associated fees and operational costs. For instance, if the US Dollar strengthens by 1% against the Euro over one day, the ETP's value would typically rise by 3% before expenses. Conversely, a 1% daily decline in the USD relative to the EUR would generally cause the ETP to fall by 3%, prior to any fees.
