The WisdomTree Long NOK Short EUR is a UCITS-compliant and fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP) created to allow investors to gain exposure to the Norwegian Krone's performance relative to the Euro. This ETP seeks to mirror the MSFXSM Long Norwegian Krone/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEENL). Its overall return encompasses the daily changes from foreign exchange forward contracts, specifically taking a long position in NOK and a short position in EUR, along with any accrued interest income, all adjusted to reflect the product's inherent fees and expenses. For clarity, should the Norwegian Krone appreciate by 1% against the Euro in a single day, the ETP is expected to increase by 1%, before accounting for fees. Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the NOK versus the EUR over the same period would lead to a 1% decrease in the ETP's value, also prior to fees.
