This Exchange Traded Product (ETP), named WisdomTree Long GBP Short EUR, is fully collateralized and adheres to UCITS requirements. It offers investors a way to participate in the performance dynamics between the British Pound and the Euro. The ETP aims to replicate the MSFXSM Long British Pound/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEGL). Its overall return encompasses the daily changes in FX forward contracts, specifically taking a long position on GBP and a short position on EUR, augmented by accrued interest, with all product-associated expenses and fees accounted for. Illustratively, a 1% appreciation of the GBP against the EUR in a given day would lead to a 1% increase in the ETP's value, prior to fees. Conversely, a 1% depreciation of the GBP against the EUR over the same period would result in a 1% decline in the ETP's value, before any charges are considered.
