The WisdomTree Long AUD Short EUR is a fully collateralized, UCITS-compliant Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to offer investors exposure to the Australian Dollar's performance against the Euro. It aims to track the MSFXSM Long Australian Dollar/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEAL). The total return derived from this product encompasses the daily shifts in FX forward contracts, reflecting a long position in AUD relative to EUR, combined with interest revenue, all adjusted for the ETP's inherent fees and costs. For instance, if the Australian Dollar strengthens by 1% against the Euro over a day, the ETP's value will typically rise by 1%, not factoring in charges. Conversely, a 1% weakening of the AUD relative to the EUR within a day would generally cause the ETP's value to fall by 1%, prior to fees.
