The Evolve S&P/TSX 60 Enhanced Yield Fund (ETSX) aims to deliver long-term growth for investors' capital by tracking the performance of the S&P/TSX 60 Index, after accounting for all expenses, while simultaneously working to lessen potential losses. The fund primarily allocates its investments to the common stocks that make up the S&P/TSX 60 Index. Furthermore, it generates additional income and seeks to manage risk by selling covered call options on as much as 33% of its holdings, at the portfolio manager's discretion. The degree of covered call writing is not fixed and may change based on market conditions, including volatility.
