WisdomTree Nickel - EUR Daily Hedged is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that is UCITS-eligible. It is designed to offer investors comprehensive exposure to the total returns of Nickel futures contracts, with currency movements against the Euro mitigated through daily hedging. The ETC's objective is to closely mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Nickel Sub Euro Hedged Daily Total Return Index (BUNIDET). It achieves this by tracking the Bloomberg Nickel Sub Euro Hedged Daily Excess Return Index and incorporating interest revenue, adjusted for the product's associated fees and costs. Consequently, the ETC's daily value is expected to align directly with the index: a 1% increase in the Bloomberg Nickel Sub Euro Hedged Daily Total Return Index on a given day should result in a 1% gain for the ETC (prior to fees), while a 1% decrease in the index would lead to a comparable 1% drop in the ETC's value (excluding charges).
