Eventide High Dividend ETF (ELCV)

Qué hace este fondo

The Eventide High Dividend ETF (ELCV) strategically invests in dividend-distributing companies, with a dual mandate to generate competitive financial returns and ensure its portfolio aligns with broader social and environmental objectives. This fund specifically targets achieving a higher average dividend yield than that of the Bloomberg US 3000 Total Return Index. The selection process for its portfolio integrates rigorous fundamental analysis with a steadfast commitment to ethical, value-driven principles. Initially, a bottom-up research methodology is employed, meticulously assessing each company's financial stability, its capacity for consistent dividend payouts, and its success in creating value for all stakeholders. Subsequently, the fund applies a specialized values-based screening framework, informed by Christian principles, to refine its choices. This screening proactively excludes businesses operating in controversial sectors such as tobacco, alcohol, gambling, and weapons. Conversely, it prioritizes companies that demonstrate exceptional corporate governance, champion social equity, and actively practice environmental stewardship. While the fund primarily allocates capital to prominent U.S. large-cap equities, it maintains the flexibility to include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). Its investment focus extends to specific economic sectors historically renowned for either their generous dividend distributions or robust growth potential, encompassing energy, public utilities, industrial manufacturing, information technology, infrastructure development, and real estate.
