This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP), titled "Long GBP Short EUR 5x Daily," is a fully backed, UCITS-eligible financial instrument designed to provide investors with amplified (5x) daily exposure to the British Pound relative to the Euro. It mirrors the performance of the MSFXSM 5X Long British Pound/Euro Total Return Index (MSCEEGXL). The ETP's total return is derived from five times the daily movement of FX forward contracts positioned long on GBP against EUR, along with any earned interest revenue, adjusted for the product's operational fees and expenses. For clarity, should the British Pound appreciate by 1% against the Euro over a single day, the ETP's value would increase by 5%, excluding any charges. Conversely, a 1% daily depreciation of GBP relative to EUR would result in a 5% decline in the ETP's value, before fees.
