The WisdomTree Cotton - EUR Daily Hedged is a fully collateralised Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC), compliant with UCITS regulations, structured to give investors comprehensive returns linked to Cotton futures contracts, with daily Euro currency hedging. Its primary goal is to mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Cotton Sub Euro Hedged Daily Total Return Index (BUCTDET). This is accomplished by tracking the Bloomberg Cotton Sub Euro Hedged Daily Excess Return Index and incorporating interest income, after adjustments for the product's associated costs and charges. As an illustration, if the Bloomberg Cotton Sub Euro Hedged Daily Total Return Index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETC is expected to rise by 1%, prior to fees. Conversely, should the index decline by 1% over the same period, the ETC would similarly fall by 1%, again before accounting for fees.
