This UCITS-compliant and fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP) offers investors magnified inverse exposure to 10-year BTP futures. It seeks to generate a total return reflecting five times the opposite daily performance of the Long Term BTP Rolling Future Index (BNSXFIKE), supplemented by interest income, after all associated fees and expenses are deducted. For example, if the underlying index advances by 1% in a single day, the ETP would typically decline by 5%, prior to fees. Conversely, a 1% fall in the index over a day would generally lead to a 5% increase in the ETP's value, before accounting for expenses.
