This WisdomTree product, known as "Emerging Markets 3x Daily Short," is an Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that meets UCITS standards and is fully secured by assets. Its primary objective is to offer investors magnified bearish exposure to futures contracts linked to Emerging Markets. The ETP's total return reflects three times the inverse daily performance of the Emerging Equities Rolling Futures Index (BNSXFEME), augmented by interest revenue, after all associated product fees and expenses have been factored in. For clarity, if the Emerging Equities Rolling Futures Index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETP's value will decrease by 3%, excluding fees. Conversely, should the Emerging Equities Rolling Futures Index decline by 1% over the same period, the ETP would register a 3% gain, before accounting for fees.
