This fully collateralized and UCITS-compliant Exchange Traded Product (ETP) from WisdomTree is designed to provide investors with a magnified inverse daily exposure to Bund futures contracts. Its total return is structured to deliver three times the opposite daily performance of the Bund Rolling Future Index (BNSXFRXE), adjusted for accrued interest revenue and all applicable product fees and expenses. For example, a 1% increase in the Bund Rolling Future Index over a single day would typically result in a 3% decline in the ETP's value, prior to any fee deductions. Conversely, a 1% drop in the index during the same period would generally lead to a 3% gain for the ETP, before considering associated costs.
