The WisdomTree Bund 10Y 3x Daily Leveraged is a UCITS-compliant, fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP). It is structured to provide investors with an amplified exposure to Bunds futures contracts. This ETP generates a total return that amounts to three times the daily movement of the Bund Rolling Future Index (BNSXFRXE), incorporating any interest income, after deducting all product-related fees and expenses. To illustrate its mechanism, if the Bund Rolling Future Index increases by 1% in a single day, the ETP's value would consequently appreciate by 3%, prior to any charges. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the index over the same daily period would lead to a 3% depreciation in the ETP's value, also before accounting for fees.
