This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Product (ETP) is a UCITS-eligible, fully collateralized investment vehicle specifically structured to provide investors with leveraged, inverse exposure to the EURO STOXX Banks. It achieves this by tracking the EURO STOXX Banks Daily Short 3 EUR Gross Return Index (SX7EGT3S). The ETP's performance is designed to deliver a total return equivalent to three times the inverse of the daily movement of the EURO STOXX Banks EUR Gross Return Index. This total return calculation incorporates various fees as well as the financial costs and revenues associated with short-selling. To illustrate, if the EURO STOXX Banks EUR Gross Return Index were to increase by 1% on a given day, the ETP would typically experience a decline of approximately 3%, prior to accounting for fees. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the underlying index over the same period would generally lead to an approximate 3% gain for the ETP, before fee deductions.
