The WisdomTree STOXX Europe Automobiles 2x Daily Leveraged is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that meets UCITS eligibility standards. Its primary objective is to offer investors amplified exposure, specifically targeting twice the daily performance, of the STOXX Europe 600 Automobiles & Parts (Net Return) EUR Index (SXAR). While designed to deliver double the index's movements, the ETP's overall returns are adjusted to account for inherent fees and operational costs associated with maintaining a leveraged position in equities. For clarity, if the STOXX Europe 600 Automobiles & Parts Index increases by 1% on a given day, the ETP's value is expected to rise by 2%, before deducting fees. Conversely, a 1% drop in the index over the same timeframe would typically lead to a 2% reduction in the ETP's value, also preceding any fee deductions.
