The WisdomTree Gilts 10Y 1x Daily Short is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Product (ETP) that meets UCITS eligibility standards. Its purpose is to provide investors with a daily inverse exposure to the movements of Gilts futures contracts. The ETP is structured to deliver a total return equivalent to negative one (-1) times the daily performance of the Long Gilt Rolling Future Index (BNSXFGG). This return also incorporates any earned interest income, after deducting all associated product fees and expenses. For illustration, if the Long Gilt Rolling Future Index advances by 1% in a single day, the ETP is expected to decline by 1%, not including its costs. Conversely, a 1% decrease in the Index over a day would typically lead to a 1% gain for the ETP, before fees are applied.
